Chris and I were very satisfied with the construction of our home. The materials used were of good quality and we were very much pleased. We would highly recommend Superior Home Builders to any person interested in building a home. His workers were very professional and friendly. Our personal opinion is he has one of the best painting crews that I have ever seen. This is our third house we built. The best thing of all is that Troy is very fair and easy to work with. We would definitely use Superior Home Builders again. The third home is the best home!

My experience with Superior Homebuilders was significantly easier than expected. This was our first experience buying a turn-key type home. I was expecting to have little or no flexibility with regards to design. To the contrary, Superior was extremely flexible and always available to answer any questions. Superior was always open to any changes we decided to implement, no matter when. Another issue that was very important to us was timing. We were planning to be in our new house before Christmas. Superior was sensitive to this request and made sure that things were planned accordingly to accommodate this request.
However, the one trait of Superior that stands out above all others is their service after the sale. I have always been able to contact Superior with questions or request after moving in to our new home and they have always responded.
Most people say that building a home will test your marriage; well this test was not very hard thanks to Superior Homebuilders.
