will find our homes located throughout Southeast Louisiana
primarily in Lafourche Parish. We have built on customer’s
property and our own developments and have had homes featured
in the “Baton Rouge Parade of Homes”. Superior
Homebuilder’s first development “Bayou Crossing”
located in Lafourche Parish was established in 2002 and
will be completed by the end of 2005 providing 38 new quality
family homes. Our second development “Pelican Way”
located in Mathews, LA is currently underway with home building
expected to be complete by 2009. (Please see Available Properties
